Kakasana Or Crow Pose:

Bhujangasana Or Cobra Stretch:

Halasana Or Plough Pose:

This pose helps to keep the spinal system youthful. It stretches the spinal muscles where it releases the tensions from the arms, shoulders and spine.

It helps a lot to tackle obesity in the best way. It also helps to cure constipation and indigestion including arthritis stiffness.

Here you need to lie on your back where you have to keep your hands on each side and should be stretched and straight.

After this, you need to lift both your legs by placing your feet over the head thereby making a 180-degree angle.

Sarvangasana Or Shoulder Stand:

Sarvangasana means, “all parts”. It revitalizes the entire body and also stimulates protein synthesis, metabolism, and blood circulation.

Performing this asana also helps to reduce depression, mental anxiety and depression.
You need to stand on the shoulder in order to perform this asana.

Other Yoga Asanas:

The other asanas include Shirsasana or headstand and Gomukhasana or cow face pose.
